RWAP XXX: "Reanchoring"
"...exploring the process of discovering more about your ancestral roots, and allowing it to further develop your identity and place in the world." - Anuja Panthari, choreographer of Reanchoring

The choreographer asked for a mix created through three preselected tracks. Songs included are classical Indian-inspired electronic/EDM tracks. Edits were made to the tracks as to allow them to fit the choreography, accentuating specific movements with transitions and FX.
Choreographed by Anuja Panthari
RWAP XXVIII: "Symbiosis"
A tap-dance that used a heavily edited form of a Broadway piece of music, before allowing the original track to play out at the end. A fairly odd work experience that resulted in my learning that music doesn't necessarily have to be strictly "musical," especially for dance.
Choreographed by Jay Holm
RWAP XXIX: "Stalling"
A choreography that asked for odd time signatures and shifting grooves in a lo-fi hip hop genre. My first time writing in this style was genuine fun, especially with the added flavor of shifting time signatures.
Choreographed by Johanna King
RWAP XXVII: "To Be Frank"
A mix created using multiple songs from artist Frank Ocean's discography. My first time working in this production resulted in a large mix with creative transitions, resulting a smooth experience.
